Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Monroe Park Vending Terms

  • Vendors need to have all vending items located in the park 2 hours prior to scheduled race. Street access will be closed 2 hours prior to scheduled race. Check Ricmond2015 website for race and street closure schedule.
  • All vendor items should be removed from the park 2-3 hours after the final race activity for the day has been completed.
  • Vehicle parking is vendor responsibility. Parking in the park will only be permitted for food trucks.
  • Food trucks parking in the park are not permitted on the grass. Food trucks need to park on the sidewalk within the park.
  • Vendor will be responsible for any damages to the park created by the vendor or their representatives
  • Vending locations based on first-come-first-serve bases.
  • Cathedral is not responsible for vendor property
  • Vendors should remove all trash from their vending area prior to leaving each day. Access to a dumpster will be provided and is located behind the Cathedral.
  • Vendor is responsible for maintaining their trash throughout the day.
  • No grease disposal will be provided
  • No power or water access will be provided
  • Vendors will need to supply all resources required to vend
  • Food and drink vendors are required to supply a current food vending and business license at the time of submitting an application.
  • Vendor fee is non-refundable unless Cathedral decides to cancel the agreement.
  • Vendor is not permitted to sublet the booth without prior written authorization from the Cathedral.
  • Cathedral has the authority and right to address all matters pertaining to vendor activities within the park.
  • Cathedral reserves the right to control all signage
  • Vendors are required to pay all applicable sales tax.
  • The Cathedral reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
