When and where is the International Food Festival?
IFF takes place on the grounds of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart (800 S Cathedral Pl Richmond VA) across the street from Monroe Park on Saturday, September 26th from 8am – dusk.

How do I purchase food?
Some vendors will accept U.S. currency and card but there will be other that only accept cash. There is an ATM onsite by the main entrance.

What activities are available?
There will be live cultural entertainment, tours of the Cathedral which take you through the church/museum/crypt, raffles, and lots of great food to experience. Please checkout our Entertainment  and Raffle pages for more details.

Is there babysitting available?
We will not have babysitters available and ask that parents please monitor their children. There will be children’s activities along with a bounce house and crafts available.

Is alcohol available at IFF?
Yes. Alcohol may be purchased with a government issued ID. Wristbands must be worn at all times while consuming alcohol. One alcoholic drink is served at a time per wristband. Please see our Food/Beverage page for details.

Where is handicap parking available?
Handicap parking is available per the Richmond 2015 parking plan. Please use the Parking page for more information.

What happens if it rains?
Event is held rain or shine and cannot be reschedule in the event of rain.

Can I get a refund if it rains?
The event is free to attend so there will be no refunds.

Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, only service animals with proper identification are permitted at IFF.

What is NOT allowed at the IFF?
Weapons of any kind, political campaigning, solicitations/information distribution, unauthorized vending, outside food/drink, illegal substances, provocative clothing, shoes and shirts required, coolers, large backpacks, unattended property (keep all personal items with you at all times), animals (only service animals permitted with identification), laser pointers, fireworks/explosives/open flames, flying objects, handheld and/or non-handheld objects that create a danger/obstruction for others, bikes, skateboards, inline skates, powered or self-propelled vehicles (handicap required accepted) and  glass containers.

What other information should I be aware of while attending the event?
Government issued ID required for alcohol consumption and wristbands must be worn at all times while consuming alcohol and management reserves the right to refuse service, management reserves the right to remove guests at their discretion, menu items subject to change, unattended property will be considered abandoned after the event and disposed of accordingly, all sales final (no refunds or replacement for lost or stolen tickets), guests enters at own risk, your presences is your permission for photos to be used in marketing for future events.
